恒溫解凍儀，隔水式恒溫解凍儀：是將漿袋放在融漿水囊與水囊之間，按啟動鍵后，熱水自動注入水袋內，進行循環融漿。使漿袋在融化過程中始終不接觸水，保持真正意義上的干式融漿。整個流程都是全自動智能電腦控制,自動調溫，自動加水處理.干式隔水膜袋使用醫用綠色新型材料制成，無任何耗材、無限使用壽命長。

多功能恒溫解凍儀由于血漿袋在低溫冰凍過程中脆性增強及運輸周轉等因素，容易造成不同程度破壞滲漏。由于破壞程度不同，滲漏程度也不相同。破損較大使滲漏明顯時，用肉眼觀察及擦式或擠壓等方法即可查出。有破損微孔時，因血漿黏稠度高而不會滲出，加之血漿袋外部被水侵泡后的潮濕使肉眼觀察和其他檢查難以分辨。此時若用水浸泡方法融化血漿時，在血漿滲透壓和血漿袋周圍水的壓力下使含有致病菌及各種病毒污水易滲入血漿袋內造成血漿污染。為減少輸血反應，保障輸血**，作者經過研究，用干式法與濕式法進行了血漿融化比較。
多功能恒溫解凍儀：內置循環小囊，全封閉干燥式解凍，不會有污水從肉眼很難發現的破損滲入血漿袋內。如有微漏，在干燥表面也能發現。直接用水浸泡含有致病菌和病毒的污水易從血漿袋的微破損處滲入袋內，由于袋外水分較多，較難發現。
干式解凍后血漿袋外表面干燥、標簽清晰、無脫落。濕式解凍后血漿外表面潮濕因擦拭而易造成粘連、模糊、標簽易脫落。干式解凍融漿箱易清潔、易**。而水溫箱，不易清潔及**。溫水還容易滋長大量**。干式法血漿袋外表面及操作臺干燥清潔，無污水滴濺對周邊環境無污染。而濕式法，血漿袋從水中撈出時，會有大量**、污水到處滴濺，造成操作臺和周邊環境污染。
多功能恒溫解凍儀無需換水，節約水源，溫度恒定，并且是智能控制操作又簡單。而濕式法，水浴血液溶漿機還需經常換水，造成水源浪費及污水污染環境。
目前國內許多醫院都在使用直接水浴溫式融漿。將血漿袋直接放入水中浸泡解凍，從水中很容易使病原性微生物造成血液污染。有人報道輸新鮮冰凍血漿后發生**反應率占1.7%，還有報道[1]輸血漿反應率為2.9%，我院輸新鮮冰凍血漿發生反應率為1.1%，2008年后減至0.58%。在上述反應中，是否與新鮮冰凍血漿融解方式不同使反應率增加之故，很值得人們高度關注。
盡管多功能恒溫解凍儀優點多但是也存在缺點，融漿時間比濕式法要長10分鐘，其融漿箱內保溫設施還需進一步完善。
綜上所述，認為干式法明顯優于濕式法。為了保障輸血**，早日杜絕輸血**隱患，建議用干式法代替濕式法。
